...All that being said, each relationship is different, if your partner has a history of infidelity and has ample time to interact with the help, maybe consider looking around before settling on Miss America to babysit. This won’t prevent them from cheating if they want to but at least it won’t be in your home. And if this doesn’t sound like you, don’t worry about it. Hire whoever does the job the best, respect them as a person, and the integrity of your partner. Life isn’t a movie and these sort of fantasy scenarios rarely happen, so don’t give it enough weight to loom in your mind. You could be missing out on a Bella Hadid who’s great with the little ones.
...That’s it. No final scream or cry. The film ends there and leaves nothing unsaid. The film has a one-shot feeling to it, as there is not enough plot there to be any holes. The story is strong and unnerving throughout and delivers an unexpected twist. It is a very well-done short film and leaves audiences with a pit in their stomach, one that sticks after the video ends. I don’t think this says enough to recommend it though. The actors did a beautiful job and their characters felt real but the plot wasn’t enough to justify watching more than once. I’d personally give the film 3/5 stars.
...The podcast ends there and credits roll but the note it chose to finish on made the podcast feel very round and expansive. This idea of something being broken so badly it can’t be fixed but at least it lived a life to be broken. It was a heavy listen to say the least and really made me look at the world around me and wonder what its lost. What is so broken in this world it can’t be fixed?
